The Quality Control artist has his foot on the industry’s neck.

Lil Baby is the latest star to erupt out of the influential Atlanta scene. Fittingly signed to Quality Control, home to Migos and Lil Yachty, Lil Baby is embodying his ATL origins not only through his off-kilter vocal manipulations, anchored by an auto-tuned aesthetic, but also due to his voluminous output.

Already in 2018, he’s released Harder Than Ever–the continuation in his Hard series–and the collaborative Drip Harder with fellow burgeoning star, Gunna. Now, Lil Baby is preparing to continue following in his Atlanta predecessors’ footsteps, like Gucci Mane and Young Thug, by announcing his third 2018 project, Street Gossip.

Taking to his Instagram, with over 3.7mm followers, Lil Baby posted a succinct video previewing one of Street Gossip’s project cuts, in addition to revealing its November 30th release date.

It’s not only been a triumphant year for the “Yes Indeed” rapper, but also for his pioneering management company, QC. Street Gossip will join the onslaught of releases from the Atlanta-based label, like: Lil Yachty’s Nuthin’ 2 Prove; Quavo’s debut solo album, Quavo Huncho; Takeoff’s debut solo album, The Last Rocket; Offset’s expected solo release; and the aforementioned Drip Harder joint LP.

With the year approaching its close, Lil Baby and QC are intent on keeping their foot on the industry’s throat by forcing the accelerator through the floor.
