       I find it hardly unlikely but he was caught on the phone talking about splitting up ‘the red and the yellow’ with business partner Charles Patton, who just caught 44 years after being found with a whole lot of heroin in his possession. To his defense Lupe said what he was actually talking about when it came to the colors was mixing tracks in the studio. Not quite sure if I am believing what my fave skateboarder said there though.
