Mario had been arrested for assaulting his mother, but now she is claiming that she was just hopped up on drugs, and that all the allegations were untrue.  Hopefully she can gain control of her demons.  According to Radar Online:

• Admitting she was intoxicated at the time of the incident, Shawntia Hardaway appeared before the District Court of Maryland and requested the charges against Mario be dropped.
