According to sources at XXL, Max B could soon be getting wavy outside of the penitentiary. He has been granted an appeal for his murder conviction that got him a 75-year bid.  His new lawyer was quoted as saying “He’s gonna try hopefully to go back to trial, or get it a mistrial or get it time served, whatever we can do”.  Wavy Crockett was convicted of felony murder, aggravated manslaughter, kidnapping, armed robbery and conspiracy in September 2009.  Good luck homie!
