I’m not so sure that MMG is a powerhouse, but Rick Ross seems to have a knack for hit records, and the people at Warner have a good track record with maintaining brands.

Ross is going to deliver one more record to Def Jam before he can set up shop at Warner. Regardless of what MMG does I definitely think Rick Ross is a boss commodity and Warner is smart for snagging him up.

However, to put things in perspective, Warner is rumored to be up for sale after 8 consecutive quarters in the red.  The system is universally a little broke right now.  We will have to see how things play out.

Also Rosé might get a c&d fro the fine people at Maybach.  I know I think it’s sweet that he cruises around smoking blunts in those things, but I dono how cool Maybach thinks it is.
