iHipHop AdminAccording to the Flint Journal, the rapper was arrested by Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies yesterday on warrants for unpaid child support totaling $220,000. He was slated to take the stage at the Perani Arena as part of a bill featuring Lil’ Wayne.
MC Breed was a no-show for his homecoming concert Thursday night. What had been billed as the Flint-born rapper’s triumphant return ended up with a night in jail for unpaid child support.
It appears that Breed has not made a payment in about three years, he said.
Breed, who earned a gold record for "Ain’t No Future In Yo’ Frontin’," recently spent eight months in prison for a parole violation that was the result of unpaid child support.
