The word is that Michael Bay did not want Megan Fox in Transformers 3 because basically he gave her a break and she thanked him by describing him as Hitler to various media outlets. That does not sit well with anyone so of-course she was replaced with this foxy chick, her name is Rosie Huntington-Whitely, looking at her pics I think she will do:
