Hollywood heavyweight Morgan Freeman was involved in a serious car accident last night which had the Shawshank Redemption actor airlifted to a Memphis hospital. As of now there are no reports as to the condition of Freeman and the female passenger who was in the vehicle with him at the time.

King of Comedy Bernie Mac is also in a serious condition according to media this weekend. The funny man is currently in a Chicago hospital being treated for pneumonia. The illness is not related to sarcodosis, which Mac was diagnosed with  back in 1983. Sarcodosis is an immune system disorder which targets young adults.
