This actually took place at one of my regular haunts, Tammany Hall.  Pretty much the block is super hot in the Lower East Side of Manhattan right now.  There is some serious gentrification going on and the cops are getting a little extra.  So this really doesn’t come as a surprise to me.  The NYPD has to be one of the most sh*tty corrupt organizations of all time.
