      The most influential female lyricist of all time, Lauryn Hill is a hard woman to track down, having had numerous clashes with the media in the past. So when Joss Stone the English Rose of soul/blues wanted Ms. Hill to join her on a joint and wasn’t having no joy in reaching the Fuggees front lady, she took it a different route. Calling Lauryn’s Mother every day for approx. six weeks allowed the singer her wish, Lauryn eventually jumped on the track ‘Music’ which is Joss’s third album and who she co-produced with Raphael Saadiq. I guess even into our thirty something years, we still be doing as our Momma tells us.
