By Any Means 2 drops 9/22.
Kevin Gates announced last week that his anticipated album, By Any Means 2, will be dropping on 9/22. In addition to that announcement, the “Really Really” rapper also released one of his few in-prison tracks, “Had To”. Today, he’s joined by PnB Rock for the project’s next single, “Beautiful Scars”.
Spitting a tranquil trap production, Kevin discusses the scars he bears from his rough past that while are inherently depressing, they make Kevin, Kevin. They’re as much a part of him as his outsized success is—it’s Kevin Gates proudly presenting himself, thorns and all.
Considering his last album effort, IsIah, was fantastic, I’m sure By Any Means 2 will follow suite.
