Just days after Wyclef Jean put hopes into a new Fugees album, Pras comes out saying the entire project is dead, thanks to Lauryn Hill. In an interview with Billboard.com promoting his new DVD about L.A.’s Skid Row, Pras shared his thoughts about the possibility of reuniting with his group.

"We went in the studio and recorded a couple records that were incredible. But, to put it nicely, it’s dead," Pras told Billboard. "Me and Clef, we on the same page, but Lauryn is in her zone, and I’m fed up with that sh*t. Here she is, blessed with a gift, with the opportunity to rock and give and she’s running on some bullsh*t? I’m a fan of Lauryn’s but I can’t respect that."

In meantime, Pras is promoting “Skid Row”, a documentary where Pras lives as a homeless man for nine days in L.A.’s Skid Row. The film opens on August 24 in L.A., New York and Washington D.C. He’s also a prepping a new album, “Experience,” due out near the end of the year on Sony BMG.

  1. I might be wrong man but it always seemed like Lauryn was the backbone of the Fugees and that was the reason people came to see them so if she was all I had I wood be pissd 2 homey

  2. Lauryn makes me sad man. She on that bullshit and all the fans want is too hear her sing again. That first album she did by herself was amazing and then she got with the Marleys and went crazy. Or was this women always crazy. Either way, by the time she wakes up it will be too late. WAKE THE FUCK UP LAURYN!!!!!!
