Looks like Kells is just piling up his debt to Uncle Sam, as he didn’t seem to want to pay taxes last year either. According to good ole TMZ, Robert owes $1,379,695.11 for 2o11, on top of the 4,848,072.71 he owes from 2005-2010. You do the math. When will these artists learn.
