R. Kelly is headed back to court again. A promoter in suing him for failing to show up to schedule performance. According to TMZ, Royalty Records filed suit against Kelly claiming that he agreed to perform on December 6, 2007 at the Target Center and didn’t show. However, Kelly took a fee on $120K.
The promoter wants his money back and an unspecified amount in damages.
