Looks like Remy’s legal team are working overtime to get their girl home just in time for the holidays, her first as a married woman. Her lawyers filed an appeal against her 8 year sentence saying that there were extreme errors in the case, made by the Judge, does that surprise us?
Remy was found guilty of shooting her friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph in the stomach during a night out in Manhattan in July of 2007. The Bronx rapstress has always maintained her innocence explaining that her gun went off by accident.
