iHipHop AdminMaybe they were inspired by their father’s Run Athletics Footwear, but whatever the case, Vanessa and Angela Simmons, daughter of Rev. Run of Run-DMC are launching a line of shoes. Named Pastry Footwear, the shoe line will consist of athletic shoes for women.
The first collection is The Cake Collection launching on March 23 and will feature shoes with names like Chocolate Mousse (brown with pink highlights), Strawberry Shortcake (pink with white highlights), Red Velvet (red with white highlights) and Sprinkles (white with small multi-colored dots). Each pair of shoes will have a tube of lip gloss with it that will look and smell in coordination with the shoe. The shoes will be available at Underground Station stores and their website, which is in development.
GOOD IDEA, BUT HOW MANY FREAKING SNEAKERS CAN A PERSON HAVE? I MEAN C’MON, THEY LOOK LIKE REEBOKS/S.CARTERS FOR WOMEN. REV. RUN SHOULD MAKE EM USHERS FOR HIS HIP HOP TABERNACLE. THEY CAN GET SOME OF UNCLE RUSSIE’S CONFLICT DIAMONDS SPRINKLED ON IT. PHONY FIRST FAMILY.
I think this idea is gona make them rich. And hell who says we can’t have enough shoes were from America we never have enough.
