Apparently Rihanna‘s comeback show in Dubai is a no go.  Regardless of the personal drama, The R&B songstress has clearly grasped business ideologies from mentor Jay-Z, as promoters came with a meager 1.2 mill when Rihanna needs 1.7 mill.  Come on Dubai.  Aren’t you guys making a model earth of islands?  Can’t come up with that extra half million?  Shits weak.
