The death of Slum Village member Baatin has been confirmed by his management no less than an hour ago.  He recently reunited with the group after leaving the spotlight for personal reasons.  They have been performing on Rock The Bells Tour dates and was set to join Elzhi and T3 on a 2009 release Villa Manifesto. The hip-hop world is in shock and many have been expressing their sorrow.  This is the second member from Slum Village to pass in the past 3 years; the first being the late great J-Dilla.
