Five years after he got slapped with 21 counts of child pornography, Kelly finally gets a court date. A spokesperson for Kells told MTV News that “he believes in our system of justice,” and “is looking forward to finally having his day in court. He’s confident that when all the facts come out, it will be clear he’s not guilty of any crime.”
If convicted of the charges, Kelly could face up to 15 years in jail and a fine of up to $100,000.

Let’s get one thing straight, Mike Vick, R Kelly if they did the crime they should do the time. I believe they are innocent until proven guilty. I saw the Kelly tapes and I do believe that was him. And if the girl was under age his ass should go to jail period. On the Mike Vick case all evidence points to him being STUPID!! Even if he was not involved he should have never allowed dog fighting on property that he owned or was affiliated with. As much as I am down for my brothers making that paper and plenty of it!, they should never put themselves in a position for the “MAN” to take their money and ruin their reputation. I was once told that whatever you were before you had money, you are just a bigger one of them when you get big money. I say to R Kelly and Mike Vick good luck but it don’t look too good for either one of you and that’s a damn shame that those brothers put themsleves in this position.!!!
