Okay, so I’m not actually sure if this is the worlds smallest dress or even considered a dress but I just got these pics from a friend that lives in Miami and she tells me this lady wears outfits like this all the time, I’m not to sure what to think about this one, her outfit wouldn’t be too bad if she worked in a strip club or went to the beach but from what I gather she rocks this in the middle of the day doing casual shopping and the sort.
