Shawn, Marlon Wayans Win Worst Actor Awards

      On Saturday the 27^th Annual Golden Raspberry Awards, or Razzies, were held at the Ivar Theatre in Hollywood. Although Sharon Stone and her film, Basic Instinct 2 took home four awards (including Worst Film and Worst Actress), the Wayans brothers took home three awards. Shawn and Marlon Wayans took home “Worst Actor” awards for their part in Little Man as well as “Worst Screen Couple” and “Worst Remake or Rip-Off.”

      Organizers of the Razzies say that the Little Man is actually a rip-off of the 1954 Bug Bunny cartoon “Baby Buggy Bunny”, where a pint-sized thug masquerades as a baby.

      "I will admit there is `so stupid it’s funny,’ but there is also `so stupid, get out of my face,’ and that’s what this movie is," Razzies founder, John Wilson told the Associated Press about Little Man.

      Other winners include M. Night Shyamalan (Worst Director, Worst Supporting Actor) for Lady in the Water, Carmen Electra (Worst Supporting Actress), and the Robin Williams film RV (Worst Excuse for Family Entertainment). For more information, check out RAZZIES.
