So Irv Gotti whipped to Mexico City to chop it up with Shyne.  Something just seems off about the guy.  I can’t put my finger on it.  He jsut seems like he’s faking a persona he’s uncomfortable with or something.  The sound quality isn’t the best or maybe it’s just Shyne’s voice.  Also Shyne is a blood?  Like a Lil Wayne type blood or a real blood?  I’m not even sure what that means anymore.  This whole situation is a perfect example of the disconnect between record labels and reality.  Here we have Def Jam playing up the “street credibility” of a rapper they just signed because he was in prison for ten years, while the biggest rapper on their roster used to be a correctional officer.  Does anyone else find that ironic?  This is what matters.  Rick Ross makes good music, and Shyne doesn’t.  Spotted at TLF.
