Over the weekend Snoop did a show in Chicago on the shores of lake Michigan and apparently some of the neighbors didn’t like it. According to the Chicago Tribune, boaters floated up near the stage and started blowing their boat horns to disrupt the show in protest with drivers in the parking joining in blowing their car horns as well. This is the second weekend in a row where a hip-hop show has been booked at Charter One Pavilion on Lake Michigan.

"It’s not just about the boaters," organizing protester Tom Collins told the Chicago Tribune. "It’s also about the families who want to walk along the lakefront."

Boaters have complained to Charter One Officials as well as the city but according to Chicago Parks District Jessica Maxey-Faulkner, performers and venue operators have been following the noise level laws for the area.
