For those of you who thought T-Pain was a one-hit wonder with last year’s “I’m In Luv (With a Stripper)”, think again. The vocoder singer has a new hit with “Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin’”, selling over 800,000 ringtone downloads and his new album “Epiphany” is currently number one on the Billboard charts. Another thing you may not know, T-Pain has a wife and has been married for two years. How does she fell about T singing about strippers and trying to get girls drunk?
“My wife doesn’t mind,” he told the Miami Herald. “All the money goes back to her. And that, she don’t mind at all.”
His album dropped last week and moved 171,000 copies, which is pretty good considering this day and age of downloading. But there’s still no slowing down for T, he’s continuously working on new music with R. Kelly, Chris Brown, Usher and even Britney Spears.
