When your case is headed to the appeal courts, you have to make sure you have the best legal representation available to man and Remy Ma has made sure she is going to be represented to the highest level when it comes to the appeal of her trial. Bringing on board William Murphy Jnr, a prominent Baltimore lawyer, Remy and her crew hope that he will have the same success for her that he has had for clients such as DMX, Mary J Blige and Don King.
William Murphy, or Billy as he is more favorably known is sure that Remy Ma will be vindicated of all charges once his team unearth the real truth of what happened last Summer when the Bronx based rapper allegedly shot friend, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, in the stomach after leaving the Pizza Bar in Manhattan.
Remy was found guilty of assault, illegal weapon possession and attempted coercion and was later sentenced to eight years behind bars.
