He’s still a master of cadence, even if his lyric range is basically the same. The kid has endless flows. The a cappella style accentuates it.
Sometimes wish there were separate Rap Awards for things like this…radio freestyling. Slaughterhouse does it probably better than anyone else who’s ever done it as a group. Maybe Wu Tang is in the picture if you edit them down to their giants. These guys are a class unto themselves though. They don’t need to make songs.
Is Callius Moon a disturbed individual with a comedic side or does he just have a penchant for hip-hop that defies logic? In one of the most bizarre courtroom defenses ever caught on camera, Moon, a Detroit resident accused of threatening to kill his girlfriend, took the stand to show off his impressive off-the-dome vernacular. Surprised by what he heard, District Judge John Chmura told Moon “that’s good” and actually admitted to being impressed before asking Moon if he will require a court-appointed attorney. Family members of Moon, who also faces charges ranging from destruction of police property to disturbing the peace, claim that he suffers from mental illness.
