Gucci Mane has been sentenced to a year in Fulton County Jail for violating probation. He pled no contest to an assault charge in 2005 and got six months with 6 1/2 years probation, and 600 community service hours. He was arrested near Atlanta on July 23rd and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana along with a DUI. According to reports, he had only done 25 community service hours and also tested positive for ecstasy, marijuana, and alcohol during a probation visit. Additional reporting by Rashaan Meador
