Future and Young Scooter team up for “Oooooh,” a track that originally appeared on Future and producer Zaytoven’s Beast Mode mixtape. This one, however, is an updated/new version of the track. It’s set to appear on Young Scooter’s forthcoming Juggathon project with guest spots from Future, Gucci Mane, and the Black Migo Gang. Check it out after the jump.
Future’s recent mixtape run has been much praised and rightfully so. Monster, Beast Mode and the recent 56 Nights are all terrific projects and each has reinstated much faith in fans. And after the unexpected success of his Monster cut “Fuck Up Some Commas” Future returns with the visuals for his 56 Nights cut “March Madness.” Contrary to the song’s title it’s not about basketball but police brutality and coping through all the “madness.” Check it out after the jump.
Calling Fire Marshall Future. During Future’s new visuals for his Monster cut “F**k Up Some Commas” there are multiple fires started but Future is virtually unfazed by this. Fitting given his recent mixtape run (the aforementioned Monster, Beast Mode and the most recent 56 Nights with DJ Esco) is nothing but straight up heat. In the visuals here Future is almost literally “torching” everything in sight. This sentiment may also allude to his unstoppable nature as of late, as everything he touches turns into flames. Anyway, enough with the pyromaniac nonsense. Peep Future’s latest video for “F**k Up Some Commas” after the jump.
Future is killing this mixtape game right now! After dropping his somewhat decent album Honest in 2014 he went off dropping mixtape gem after mixtape gem. First was the unbelievably cohesive Monster, which he followed up with a collaborative project with Atlanta producer Zaytoven in Beast Mode. Now he’s teaming up with his favorite DJ in Esco for 56 Nights, a loose concept mixtape surrounding the recent imprisonment of Esco in Dubai. It’s ten brand spankin’ new tracks with Future and producer Southside on every track. Stream and download after the jump.
It’s March so that could only mean one thing: NCAA college basketball tournament. And Future has a track lined up just in time for the season, as part of his recently resurrected Monster Mondays series. “March Madness” arrives off the heels of Future’s collaboration with Waka Flocka Flame on “Rotation.” Check out “March Madness” after the jump.
Atlanta’s Waka Flocka Flame and Future tag team Digital Trapstars’ “Rotation” track for his Screens on Lock 2 mixtape, which is set to drop later today. The track is produced by Southside 808 Mafia. Check it out after the jump.
This track has been out for a while, roughly two months. The track, “Drinks On Us,” first dropped back in December with Mike Will Made It’s Ransom mixtape but it didn’t start picking up steam until The Weeknd jumped on the remix. Now, we have an official, iTunes version available in all its 256kbps glory. Check it out after the jump.
Furious 7 will hit theaters April 3rd and they’re wasting no time dropping heat after heat after heat from the film’s soundtrack. We’ve already gotten Kid Ink, Wale, Tyga, YG and Rich Homie Quan on “Ride Out” followed by T.I. and Young Thug on “Off-Set.” And now with the third installment we’re getting Juicy J, Kevin Gates, Future and Sage The Gemini on “Payback.” Listen after the jump.
Travi$ Scott is dropping some new heat for you in 2015, as he’s scheduled to release his anticipated debut album Rodeo. Along with “Nothing But Net” (featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR) he is sharing “High Fashion” featuring Future and production by Metro Boomin, Southside and WondaGurl. Check it out after the jump.
Future continues his streak of dropping free material after his return to the mixtape circuit in late 2014 with Monster. Now he teams up with fellow Atlantan, one of the city’s most successful producers, Zaytoven. Beast Mode finds Future rapping with little help from others (there is only two features in Young Scooter and Juvenile). Safe to say the current streak Future is on is a welcome return to form for the autotune connoisseur. Stream and download Future and Zaytoven’s Beast Mode EP after the jump.
Lil Wayne preps the release of his forthcoming Sorry 4 The Wait 2 mixtape amidst the battle over the release of his (currently) pending Tha Carter V album. And to tease the forthcoming Sorry 4 The Wait 2 mixtape he is sharing a freestyle over Future’s Mike WiLL Made It-produced “Sh!t” instrumental. Listen after the jump.
When Hudson Mohawke teased the feature heavy version of his popular electronic instrumental banger “Chimes” fans have been thirsty for it ever since. And now, after dropping the Chimes EP earlier this year, Hudson is finally giving hip-hop heads the treat they’ve been waiting for. As promised “Chimes” features many of today’s hip-hop all-stars (Future, French Montana, Pusha T, and Travi$ Scott) contributing to the instrumental banger. Future with the crooning hook, French and Pusha with quick verses, and Travi$ doing… something only Travi$ can do. Listen after the jump.
Back in April when Future dropped his sophomore album Honest there was a track entitled “Never Satisfied” that featured a snippet of a Drake verse. Just as Drake begins singing the hook to “Never Satisfied” the song fades out and fans were… well… never satisfied. But now, the producer of that track Mike WiLL Made-It has made the full version available via his Soundcloud page. Hopefully you are now satisfied. Listen after the jump.
Here’s a meta song if there ever was one. Mike WiLL Made It, who is slated to drop his new mixtape Ransom, debuts a new song entitled “Pu**y Overrated” featuring Wiz Khalifa and Future. As I’m sure you all know both Wiz and Future recently had an ugly breakup with their baby mommas (Amber Rose and Ciara, respectively) and this track is essentially a disrespect to the former love interests of the two. Future even croons “You’re supposed to fu*k me like a star/You know you’re faking.” Jeez! Peep the new track after the jump.
