Dr. Dre’s new album Compton is officially out today via Apple Music. Inspired by his work on Straight Outta Compton, the upcoming N.W.A. biopic, the album features Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Eminem, and more. Chance the Rapper and Donnie Trumpet are finally sharing the long-awaited Social Experiment album entitled Surf. In case you didn’t know: Chance the Rapper is in a band called the Social Experiment, which features Chance, Donnie Trumpet, Peter Cottontale, and Lido. Their long-teased new album Surf, credited to Donnie Trumpet and the Social Experiment, is out right now on iTunes. Chance has called Surf “the first Social Experiment project” rather than a proper Chance the Rapper release. Check it out after the jump!
Jay Z and his amazing celebrity friends recently launched the music streaming service Tidal. Earlier yesterday Jay Z decided to jump on his Twitter account and clear the air about Tidal’s business model compared to competing streaming services. Needless to say it was a show.

This track has been out for a while, roughly two months. The track, “Drinks On Us,” first dropped back in December with Mike Will Made It’s Ransom mixtape but it didn’t start picking up steam until The Weeknd jumped on the remix.
