After he was robbed in London last week, Juelz Santana has gone on camera and accused London duo SAS of failing to help him out when he was confronted by an irate mob.London duo SAS who have just recently returned from a spell in the US were surprised when they heard about what Juelz had said on camera.
Talking to IHipHop exclusively, Mayhem said “One minute we are family and brothers from another, then the next minte he on DVD footage dissing us with the same people that came to take his head off.” The altercation came about after Juelz failed to perform at shows his former manager was paid for back in 2006 in the UK capital. The promoters appeared at the hotel where Juelz was staying at last Sunday night as he wrapped up a two week tour of Europe looking to recoup the $70,000 they had paid out to Juelz’s former manager.
Well can’t say I didn’t expect to hear this, but Juelz and his crew are denying his bling getting stolen while in London to perform saying the only reason police escorted him and his entourage from the hotel in which they were staying was not for safety as previously reported but for making a noise. Damn the UK police are doing that now? Cutting rappers some slack when they make enought noise to get kicked out of a hotel. Normally you just walk past them and they arrest your ass just ask Snoop about that.

Looks like Pretty in Pink rapper Cam’Ron is planning that come back. Calling in to Dipset Radio, Cam explained that he would be back on the charts in late fall, November to be exact with his next project Crime Pays. This will be the follow up to Killa Season, the album which didn’t even hit gold status when it was released in May 2006. Crime Pays however which will be released through SRC will be at press time void of Jim Jones and Juelz Santana who Cam’Ron has publicly had issues with over the last year.
He recently sold Juelz Santana’s project to Def Jam for two million dollars, allowing the Harlem MC the chance to start releasing music on his own again. It is expected that Akon and Dipset member Hell Rell will be on Crime Pays when it hits shelves in November.
Not sure why people actually find this surprising really. Cam’Ron blocking Juelz from moving forward with his career by collaborating like Weezy has. Juelz said recently in an interview with MTV that he could have probably been on just as many songs as Wayne had his label boss not kept him in the corner.
Well hopefully Juelz will be standing on his own two feet now and we will be seeing a lot more of him as he said it himself back in 2005, he is what the game is missing.
The entire Dipset crew, including Cam’Ron, Jim Jones and Juelz Santana, have been struggling for a little while now. After Jim’s subpar performance with his last solo and Byrdgang album, and with Cam’Ron getting lyrically assaulted by 50 Cent, the crew that once brought us “Oh Boy” and other Rocafella smashes has hit hard times. Dipset’s golden boy was always Juelz, and after waiting and waiting for the mysterious Juelz/Lil’ Wayne album, and for a solo comeback from Juelz, fans may actually have reason to get excited. According to Miss Info, Cam’Ron has sold Juelz’s contract to Def Jam Records for $2 million and Juelz has signed a 50/50 deal with the label.Juelz also went on to tell Miss Info his mixtape, The Reagan Era, and his album, Born to Lose, Built to Win, should be dropping soon. Stay tuned for more from Juelz.
