Big Sean’s Hall Of Fame has not lived up to his grand expectations…the kind you have when you name your sophomore album Hall Of Fame, that is. But he is not without talent and some cleverness to boot so he’s giving fans and other viewers a chance to get to know him better (since it doesn’t appear that they’re buying anything he’s selling). He’s but a few Nicki Minaj and Kanye West features away from another hit and then — BAM! — famous again. Hang in there, Sean.

The year’s not even over and Drake is at #11 on this list, with $10.5M banked already. A nationally renowned French talk show? Yea, why not. Kanye is making his Euro tour count with unique stops at places like this one. First sit through an interview with a Buddhist French author on the path to enlightenment. Then, listen to Kanye rap about Black Skinheads (starts at ~13:15 mark), strange fruit and other very American things. (I wonder what the Dalai Lama would think about “Bound 2″?)

“I know how to make ‘perfect’.” Mr. West is in the building. And he’s doing interviews. Zane Lowe sits down with Kanye for an exclusive talk with the now-public artists. After years of avoiding interviews, it seems Yeezy’s found his stride with careful press appointments like this one. It must be the Dad thing.

Yeezy’s soulful live performances are giving his Yeezus project — that of the uneven critical reception — some new life. His time with Charlie Wilson fine-tuning each song for presentation hasn’t hurt either. Check the video of him on Jools Holland performing the two singles from the album.
