Hard to believe that it is ten years since any of our female MCs put out an album capable of selling more than 19 million copies worldwide. Well it was this week a decade a go when Fugees front lady Lauryn Hill more commonly known today as Ms. Hill put out her undeniable classic The Mis-Education of Lauryn Hill.
The album went on to win numerous Grammies and made Ms. Hill a worldwide celebrity. Here to remember a woman who had the world at her finger tips back then is the video to Everything is Everything which saw John Legend playing the piano on the track when he was only a kid in college. How things change.
