With Stephen Colbert’s The Colbert Report prepping to officially close its doors Kendrick Lamar made an appearance on the program and debuted an untitled new track alongside a live band featuring Thundercat and Bilal. A$AP Mob fans are anxiously awaiting the release of Rocky’s new album, which, at this very moment does not have a release date. However, Rocky did finally gift his fervent fans with some new music in “Multiply” earlier in the month. Needless to say it got fans hyped for the new record. And within “Multiply” was an easter egg for another new track, “Pretty Flacko Pt. 2”. Now, during a recent live performance Rocky went ahead and dropped “Pretty Flacko Pt. 2” and the crowd certainly reciprocated. Watch after the jump!
Drake turned 28-years-old yesterday and to celebrate he is giving his fans some new music to bump. Not one song, but a total of three. “6 God”, “Heat of the Moment”, and “How Bout Now” all appeared on the Toronto songwriter’s OVO Soundcloud and we’re sure his fans are more than grateful for the new tunes to soundtrack their Saturday. It didn’t take long until Kendrick Lamar started performing his new song “i” live. A week removed from dropping “i”, the first new solo Kendrick track since good kid m.A.A.d city, the Compton rapper performed it live at the educational event We Day Toronto, which took place at the Air Canada Centre.
