Young Thug’s retail debut is out now. It’s called Barter 6. It was going to be titled Carter 6 but a last minute lawsuit has prevented that from happening. Lil Wayne probably still isn’t happy about this. The album features guest spots from YMCMB owner Birdman, T.I., Boosie BadAzz, Young Dolph, and more. It’s got thirteen tracks total, which is pretty short for a mainstream retail release. And, honestly, it’s a pretty great album. You be the judge. Here’s the breakdown: Lil Wayne doesn’t want to be part of Birdman’s YMCMB, Wayne’s highly-anticipated studio album Tha Carter V is put on hold, Young Thug is putting out his debut album entitled Carter 6 in tribute to Wayne, Wayne doesn’t like it and calls out Thug, Thug responds by saying he doesn’t want any problems and reiterates that the newly titled Barter 6 is a tribute to Wayne.
