Once a year, Austin, TX transforms into the music capital of the world during the annual SXSW Music Festival. Today, Murs and Guerilla Union announced the full lineup for the Paid Dues 2013 Festival, which will take place on Saturday March 30th at the Nos Events Center in San Bernardino, California.
