Los Angeles rapper-singer/songwriter Ty Dolla $ign just dropped his debut album, Free TC, and in addition to doing so he’s sharing the visuals for “Saved” — one of the album’s best songs. Ty Dolla $ign’s debut album, Free TC, is out next week (November 13th). So far, Ty has shared “Blase”, “When I See Ya”, “Sitting Pretty”, “Saved”, and “Solid”–all appearing on the forthcoming album. In Big Sean’s latest visual treatment for a Dark Sky Paradise cut, “Play No Games,” he’s joined by hook heavyweights Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign. The cool thing about this video isn’t that it’s a song by Sean or that Brown and Ty$ were guests — that is almost strictly reserved for the inspiration for the video, which is the Martin Lawrence starring hit show “Martin.” Peep the colorful video filled with stars and cameos (Can you find ’em all?) Ty Dolla $ign was joined by Charli XCX and Tinashe at MTV Movie Awards. The trio performed Ty’s “Drop That Kitty” which is set to appear on his forthcoming album Free TC, which arrives June 2nd. Back in October Rich Homie Quan dropped the video for “Blah Blah Blah,” a track that first appeared on his breakout mixtape from 2013, I Promise I Will Never Stop Going In. The video finds Quan flexin’ alongside Young Thug and Birdman. Now Quan is unleashing the feature heavy remix with Fabolous, DeJ Loaf and Ty Dolla $ign. Ty Dolla $ign knows one thing and one thing only: make hits. In 2014 the West Coast singer/rapper held his own with a string of co-writing credits for major chart-topping singles, including Chris Brown’s smash “Loyal”. Now Ty gets some help (as if he needed it to begin with) from big time music producer and overall hotshot, Diplo.
