Don’t you just LOVE the controversy that goes along with the annual XXL Freshman list?! In this week’s episode, the staff hit up New York’s Hot 97 radio station to break down what goes into making the list, and to clear up allegations of Chip Tha Ripper supposedly turning down the list, like he mentioned on his Twitter account.
