New Music: B.o.B. – “Roll Up”

B.o.B. is sharing a loosie (pun intended) on this beautiful Wednesday evening, and although his home state of Ohio isn't entirely down with the legalization of marijuana, that isn't stopping ol' Bobby Ray from sparking up. The latest track from B.o.B. is "Roll Up", which--like its title suggests--is about the little substance we call marijuana (or loud, if you're hip to the lingo). Here are some sample lyrics from the track to read along while you decompress from your busy workday: "Sometimes I get high to free my mind/ Is that alright? right right right". Last month, 9th Wonder and Talib Kweli -- under the pseudonym Indie 500 -- were graciously joined by West Coasters Problem and Bad Lucc. Today, they're sharing the powerful visuals from their latest track, ''Which Side Are You On'', featuring another pair of guests in Tef Poe and Kendra Ross. Furthermore, Kweli revealed the concept behind ''Which Side Are You On'', as well as it's moving video. Kweli says the song ''pays homage to those murdered by the police over the past year and those who have taken a stand'' and that the video -- which contains footage from the Ferguson Rocks and Ferguson Is Everywhere fundraiser -- features Tom Morello, Bun B, Common, Outernational, Cornel West, Pharoahe Monch, Jasiri X, M-1 of dead prez and K'Valentine all of whom ''participated in the August concerts''. Talib Kweli is looking to get your weekend started right with a new jam. The track, entitled "F**k the Money," arrives just as Talib announced the forthcoming release of an album of the same name. Talib also clarified that the album could drop at any given time -- even today. Looks like Talib is getting in on the surprise release hype! B.o.B Shares Latest Project Psycadelik Thoughtz

Not sure if anyone reading this is looking out for B.o.B anymore but he's just released a new project -- a mixtape -- entitled Psycadelik Thoughtz. PT (because I vehemently refuse to repeat that album title again) is B.o.B's first full-length project since January's uneven No Genre: The Label mixtape. Here B.o.B offers up eleven new tracks (including the previously released single "Back & Forth") with approximately two guest spots -- neither of which pertain to hip hop, exactly. If you're one of those people still checking in for some new Bobby Ray then this latest project, PT, is right for you. Check it out after the jump. It's also currently available on iTunes.

New Music: David Banner – “My Uzi” feat. Big K.R.I.T.

The South links up on David Banner's "My Uzi." Banner and Big K.R.I.T. team up to take on an old Banner cut ("Suicide Doors" featuring the legendary UGK) which is convenient given the Southern tinged themes and obviously the two rappers on the track.
