Talib, Luda, Wyclef Giving Props to MLK Jr.

      The Washington D.C. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Project announced that Ludacris, Wyclef Jean, Talib Kweli, and Usher will join folks like John Legend, Stevie Wonder, Carlos Santana, Aretha Franklin, Joss Stone and other for “Viacom Presents: The Dream Concert”, a star-studded concert going down on September 18 at Radio City Music Hall. The show will benefit the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial in D.C.

      "We are thrilled to have acclaimed hip hop artists Usher, Ludacris, Wyclef Jean and Talib Kweli for this historic New York event," said concert co-chairs Tommy Hilfiger and Russell Simmons in a statement. "Their participation will help capture the essence of Dr. King’s lasting legacy by uniting musicians from all backgrounds and pairing together unique musical combinations rarely found on the same stage."

      Hosts of the concert include Morgan Freeman, Halle Berry, Muhammad Ali, Angela Bassett, Jamie Foxx, Whoopi Goldberg, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and a host of other celebrities. For those interested in going to the concert, you can cop tickets at THE DREAM CONCERT
