Tekashi 6ix9ine Gets a Surprising Helping Hand on “STOOPID”

In pursuit of his 10th consecutive Billboard track, the ever entertaining and polarizing Tekashi 6ix9ine returns today with “STOOPID”.

Produced by Tay Keith, the “STOOPID” production unsurprisingly provides a healthy dose of audible cocaine, as it’s palpable enough to incite riots, but what is a pleasant shock is the featured artist: Bobby Shmurda.

Recorded while in prison, Shmurda provides a raw-sounding verse that captures the magic that transpired in 2014 when he was the king of New York. Given their mutual NY residence and Tekashi’s promise, said during his popular Breakfast Club interview, to return the crown to Bobby once he gets out, it’s not terribly shocking that Tekashi was able to secure a verse from Shmurda.
