The Game Can Avoid Jail for Playing a Cop

      The Game rolled over to New York yesterday to answer to charges of impersonating a police officer. The Manhattan Criminal Court seemed to be a fan though, as he ordered an adjournment “in anticipation of dismissal”, ONLY if the rapper stayed out of trouble for the next six months according to TMZ.com. Sounds like a good deal!

      The rapper was arrested in November 2006 in New York after jumping into a cab and telling the driver that he was an undercover cop. He ordered the driver to run red lights, until they were pulled over by the NYPD. The cab driver spilled the beans and told the officers that he thought the game was cop, that’s why he was racing through the streets. The game has a weapons case pending in California as well, but won’t affect his case in New York.
