Tony Yayo now has more than a controversial lawsuit to worry about. The G-Unit rapper’s mom’s home was sprayed with bullets on Wednesday (April 18, 2007), according to authorities.

Tony Yayo (Marvin Bernard) was not at the home when bullets pierced through a front door and picture window, but her 32-year old sister was upstairs at the time. Yayo’s sister reportedly told New York Daily News that the perpetrators probably “did it to send a message, but we are innocent people. Either me or my daughter could have been dead.”

The shooter fired about 12 shots from what police referred to as a “powerful weapon.”

On March 24th, a man jumped out from an SUV and attacked the teenage son Game’s manager (Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond) and Cynthia Reed, as he walked to his dad’s office on West 25th St. at about 9:30 p.m. The boy identified Tony Yayo to police as his attacker.

Yayo entered a “not guilty” plea to charges of endangering the welfare of a minor. He was released on $5,000 bail and is due back in court on later this month.
