While I think this is is weird, I think Birdman does weirder/sketchier things than this regularly.  At least they stopped doing this after everyone got weirded out.  But this is hip-hop so if two famous rappers have a video come out of them kissing, I pretty much have to do a story on it.  Spotted at NR.  This video is from 2002.

    Its a shame what people will do in order to be famous. Birdman did Wayne the same way Chris Stokes did Marques Houston, started raping him when he was a kid and basically let him know, either you keep having sex with me or your career is over! The proof is in the pudding, literally! Gay!
