T.I. Defends Himself & Reunites With “The Jumper”

So Tip rolled to the Ryan Cameron show on ATL’s V-103 with a little bit of a chip on his shoulder.  His overlying point is that there are bigger problems in the world for people to be concerned with than his mistakes.  Obviously a valid point, but this is the theater of hip-hop and when rappers do retarded sh*t people are going to be critical of you.

I think what frustrates people is that T.I. is an authentic guy.  He did come from nothing.  So it’s disheartening for people who came from similar places to see someone like T.I. accomplish so much, and just f*ck it up like this.  I’ve definitely been hating on Tip, not for the sake of hating but because I’m a fan.  I think he is a highly intelligent and business savy dude.  When a dude has traits like that, I just expect more of him.
