Well it looks like the last quarter is being dominated by TI. Yesterday we reported on his album selling gold in its first week CLICK HERE TO READ and now today we are letting you know that the Atlanta kingpin is also taking temporary control of King magazine after being crowned Guest Editor for the November edition. Obviously the magazine has a political feel to it with it being the month of the election and with Tip being so active in getting the youth to utilize their vote, this opportunity was seriously welcomed. “It’s only right that King would indeed have a King as editor in chief,” TI said in a recent statement about his Editorial position.

T.I. Speaks Out on the Recent Young Thug/Lil Wayne Situation

The recent situation between Young Thug and Lil Wayne is escalating albeit in a confusing manner. Here's the breakdown: Lil Wayne doesn't want to be part of Birdman's YMCMB, Wayne's highly-anticipated studio album Tha Carter V is put on hold, Young Thug is putting out his debut album entitled Carter 6 in tribute to Wayne, Wayne doesn't like it and calls out Thug, Thug responds by saying he doesn't want any problems and reiterates that the newly titled Barter 6 is a tribute to Wayne. T.I.'s working relationship with Pharrell dates back to Tip's I'm Serious days; for those of you not hip to the game, that's 2001. The two have remained close and any time T.I.'s got a new album cooking you better believe Pharrell will be there either providing Tip with the hook, the chorus, a verse, or production.
