Renowned boardsman Timbaland will take a break from lacing beats for other artist to prep his own solo project, tentatively titled Timbaland Presents Shock Value.
The compilation will feature both hip-hop and non-hip-hop artists. Fall Out Boy, She Wants Revenge, Elton John, Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, The Hives and Bjork, are all expected to make appearances in addition to rap and titans Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, and 50 Cent.
The first single from Timbaland Presents… is "Give It To Me," which features familiar faces Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado. The album is slated for release in March 2007.
