Former "Saturday Night Live" regular and "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan was cuffed Tuesday in Manhattan on some drunken driving charges. Police said Morgan was driving erratically and later failed a breathalyzer test.
At the time of the arrest, 38-year old Morgan told police that he had been to a club and had some drinks, according to reports. The comedian was then taken to the 33rd Precinct and charged with "driving while intoxicated" and "operating a motor vehicle while impaired." Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Matthew F. Cooper released Morgan without requiring him to post bail, but ordered him to turn over his driver’s license.

Morgan is no stranger to impaired driving charges. Last December, law enforcement stopped Morgan for speeding. They later found that his blood alcohol level was 0.13%, higher than the 0.8% legal limit.
He’s been ordered back in court on January 4, 2007.
