The recession has claimed another victim, and its none other than Vibe Magazine.
The urban culture publication that was founded by legendary musical genius Quincy Jones back in 1993, is permanently shutting down due to the big “R-word” showing up at its door like the un-welcomed guest it is.
The magazine, which basically became a staple in pop culture enjoyed a long successful run, but even with shortening work its week, and slashing salaries, it couldn’t overcome the current financial crisis that has conquered so many other businesses thus far.
