For the past few months, I’ve been anxiously awaiting the premier of the Beastie Boys’ mini-movie Fight For Your Right Revisited. I mean I was so looking forward to this movie that I refused to watch any trailers or promos for it. Luckily, I was able to catch it on Comedy Central at 3 AM, and must say it lived up to my expectations. Danny McBride, Elijah Wood, and Seth Rogen respectively play MCA, Ad-Rock, and Mike D, as they exit the infamous party from Beastie’s classic “Fight For Your Right (To Party)” music video. McBride is easily the most comical of the group as he stays in-line with his usual shtick. Cameos include Will Ferrell, Jack Black, John C. Riley, Will Arnett, Rashida Jones, Adam Scott, Ted Danson, Maya Rudolph and Steve Buscemi, among others. The real Beastie’s actually show up as cops at the end of the film. Beastie Boys upcoming album, Hot Sauce Committee Part 2, drops May 3rd. The album’s first single, “Make Some Noise,” plays throughout the film.

With 50 Shades of Grey now in theaters XXL decided to sit down with one Waka Flocka Flame and have a reading session. Apparently Waka didn't know what he was getting into when agreeing to read the controversial, sexually-laced novel by E. L. James. And we are grateful he didn't know because the results are hilarious! Check out both parts after the jump.

The 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards have wrapped up and though we're sure you'd rather be watching the cyphers the live performances aren't that bad. And this year BET brought out the big guns of the modern era, including Bobby Shmurda, Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan, and Migos. Perhaps the biggest takeaway during this was that the young stalwart from the ghettos of East NY, Brooklyn Bobby Shmurda closed the event with his hit single "Hot N***a", an incredible feat for someone who literally blew up over the summertime. Check out the live videos after the jump.

Homicidal. Freddie Gibbs with no regard for human life on these Drake/40 specials. His flow alone is a song but he so carefully chooses when to deploy it that it's still a Best Kept Secret for the Gary Gravedigger. Freestyle session after the jump.

Sugar Factory Films takes it back to 2001 by unveiling the previously unreleased video for "Y'all Been Warned" from the Clan's album Iron Flag. While not a spectacular video itself, it's great that this visual has seen the light of day as I'm a big fan of the immensely underrated Iron Flag.
