This is ill.  Janelle Monae is really the female version of Raphael Saadiq, which is an awesome person to be compared to in my opinion.  Anyway she is breaking it down hardbody in this video.  Not on some break dancing ish, but more on her 1960′s swag.  Just check it out.  Download the track.
